Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Indian products global markets, with a strong background in social media marketing for international markets. Candidates with knowledge and experience of handling TikTok is Mandatory is a benefit. But must have worked on an Indian brand which has global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media & influencer marketing strategies for global markets like USA, UAE.

- Indepth understanding of UGC content for social & Influencers.

- Good knowledge on negotiation.

- Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in international markets.

- Create and curate compelling content tailored to different global audiences.

- Analyze social media marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on global markets.

- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns in international markets.

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Knowledge of TikTok and experience in leveraging it for marketing purposes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
