Head - Product Engineering - IT (10-16 yrs)

- AI is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Product Engineering (Deep Tech/AI) to lead our cutting-edge AI and data-driven product development.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building products around AI, data science, machine learning, and deep tech, with the vision and skills to drive innovation and scale our technology offerings.

- This role is a fast-track position that will evolve into a CTO role within 12 months based on performance and includes stock options as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:.

-Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered and data-driven products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers to bring innovative solutions to market.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models and advanced analytics into the product architecture.

- Set the technical direction and create a strategic roadmap for deep tech and AI product development.

- Drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability of products.

- Manage and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and ownership.

- Act as a technical leader, making key decisions on architecture, technology stack, and R&D.

- Engage with stakeholders to ensure products meet business goals and user needs.

- Align product engineering strategies with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in product engineering, with significant focus on AI, machine learning, data science, and deep tech.

- Strong experience in designing, developing, and scaling AI-based solutions or products.

- Solid technical expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and modern programming languages (Python, Java, etc.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
