Role & responsibilities -

• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Quantity & cost estimation.
• Preparation of technical data sheet for suppliers
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
• Follow-up with suppliers
• Technical and commercial comparison
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Technical submittals for approval from client/consultant.
• Preparation of & BOQs.
• Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
• Assisting in compiling of tenders.
• Should have experience in HVAC sector
