Private Banking Advisory Role (10-28 yrs)

A Group Leader - Advisory PCG (Private Client Group) in the banking sector typically leads a team responsible for providing personalized financial advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), families, or businesses. The role may involve managing a group of private bankers, wealth managers, or relationship managers who work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored banking solutions. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities and skills needed for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of private client relationship managers or wealth advisors.

- Ensure the team delivers high-quality advisory services, focusing on client satisfaction and business growth.

The role would require complete P&L responsibility for the Team reporting in:

- To make sure targets /goal are achieved as per projections for the financial year

- To take initiatives in new business as given by the organisation.

- To ensure quality deliverables within stipulated timelines

- To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethos of the organization, mentoring and guiding team members thereby increasing revenue and ensuring they achieve their assigned targets.

1. Managing team and ensuring their Productivity is met

2. Maintenance of the P&L of the team/branch monthly

3. Timely delivery of customized equity advise to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines

4. Pass on ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor as and when reported

5. Keep check on the Advisory certification program for the advisors as per defined timelines

6. Compliance and surveillance to be checked on regular time
