Job responsibilities
- Work on Continuous Tracks (incl. NPS) and Customized studies of our group's flagship brand and India's leading news brand - Hindustan Times (PRINT)
As a part of this, also interact with leading agencies and internal functions.
- Work on Research and Insights projects to support Ad Sales teams across brands in a tech-enabled manner with special focus on Brand Lift Study (BLS) for client brands. This covers across DIGITAL campaigns, PRINT campaigns and also EVENTS/IPRs etc.
As a part of value addition to clients campaigns, use HT Media's patented Artificial Intelligence tool AICOS. This is a unique opportunity for the team member to actually use AI solutions as part of work.
- Manage the highest research budget to support the above. This would include end-to-end exposure from Annual Budgeting to Quarterly Planning to Project level execution.
- Prior Role (s)/Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background
Experience -
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Market Research sector. Higher experience is not a constraint but person needs to be hands on and skilled at navigating well.
- Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies is mandatory
Skill Sets -
- Strong interpersonal with very good Influencing, Persuading skills and leadership skills
- Highly analytical and number driven individuals with a creative bent of mind
- Exposure to budget management will be an added plus.
