Full Stack Developer (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

You will work across the entire technology stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases, contributing to the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks e, React, Angular, Vue.js

- Implement UI/UX designs and translate them into functional components.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct thorough testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.

- Design and develop scalable and secure back-end services using server-side languages e., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints.

- Design and implement database schemas and manage data using relational or NoSQL databases (e., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis

- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Write unit and integration tests for back-end code.

- Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.

- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP - Specify which one(s) your team uses).

- Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other developers.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

- Participate in code reviews.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and at least one modern front-end framework e., React, Angular, Vue.js

- Experience with at least one back-end language Node.js, Python, Java, .NET

- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases e., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- Experience with RESTful API development.

- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
