Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer at Vation Digital in Bengaluru. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, software development, and utilizing CSS to create exceptional user experiences. Day-to-day tasks will include building scalable web applications, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces with a focus on user experience and accessibility.

- Integrate frontend components with backend services using RESTful APIs.

- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices.

- Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend services using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.

- Design and implement database schemas (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions, encompassing both frontend and backend aspects.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.

- Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.

- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in web development.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

- Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills.

- Front-End Development and CSS skills.

- Experience in Full-Stack Development.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
