Markovate - Senior AI/ML Engineer - NLP/LLM/Deep Learning (4-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our AI/ML team as a Senior AI/ML Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will lead the development of advanced AI solutions, mentor junior team members, and work on cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Deep Learning.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to solve complex real-world problems.

- Conduct advanced research to develop innovative AI algorithms and models, focusing on technologies such as Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Deep Learning.

- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements, identifying and integrating new tools and methodologies into ongoing projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategies, ensure scalability, and optimize model performance.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AI/ML challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the development of best practices in AI/ML development.

Must Have Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.

- Expertise in machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and advanced techniques.

- Proficiency in Python programming, with experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and Deep Learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI/ML models at scale.

- Publications or contributions to AI/ML research communities or open-source projects.
