This is a remote job but the candidate must be from Delhi NCR. We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Fullstack) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of full-stack developers to design, develop, and deploy robust web applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high code quality, best practices, and timely delivery.

- Architect and implement complex systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.

- Drive continuous improvement in code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automation.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and implement them where appropriate.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and reliability.

- Ensure that applications meet business requirements and are aligned with company goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 5+ years of experience with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with strong experience in MERN and MEAN stack with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Expertise in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers like Webpack, NPM, or Yarn.

- Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Python.

- Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.

- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

- Expertise in database design, optimization, and management.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, and deployment strategies.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and their services.

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
