DESCRIPTION OF YOUR NEW JOB ROLE:

Product Development Manager :

As the Product Development Manager for Footwear, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of footwear product development, from initial concept and design through to production and market launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, sourcing, and marketing, to create products that meet both customer demands and brand goals. Your expertise in the shoe industry will be key in delivering innovative, high-quality, and market-driven footwear products.

Education & Experience:

- MBA in marketing / sales

- Diploma in FDDI/ CFTI / GLI Pass out.

- Must have minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the footwear industry, with a strong understanding of shoe manufacturing processes.

Your Key Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and the unique challenges of designing footwear.

- Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and resources in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and guide teams through the product development process.

- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the footwear industry.

- Ability to balance creative innovation with cost-effective production solutions.

Your Job Responsibilities:

- Good knowledge of shoe pattern and construction and about know the material as well as.

- Get ready sample as per brand spec and colourways

- Follow up with designer- sample man and get ready sample as per brand timeline.

- Arrange meeting with brand representative for review the samples.
