Manager- Solar Leasing

About the Role:

As a Solar Financing/Leasing Manager , Candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the companys solar financing and leasing portfolio. This involves structuring innovative financing solutions, leasing options, and facilitating solar energy adoption through various financial products for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The role requires a blend of technical knowledge in solar energy, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of leasing and financing models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar Financing & Leasing Program Development:
  Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Market Research & Business Development
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of solar financing/leasing portfolios, including financial metrics, project status, and client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Strong understanding of solar financing products, including loans, leases, PPAs, and other energy financial structures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with solar project financing, including working with financial institutions, solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with government incentives, subsidies, and policies for renewable energy projects.
• Experience in managing financial products specifically for energy sectors.
• Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
