Job Description
- Team handling role, currently managing 55 team members, Homenloan and LAP products in Affordable & prime both. Doing approx business of 16 Cr avg, managing Mumbai branches. 8 SM's 4 ASM 1 RSM are reporting.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify new business opportunities and drive regional sales initiatives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the regional sales team. Lead, motivate, and coach the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Build a strong sales pipeline by recruiting and training talented sales professionals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region. Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may affect the sales process or customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Analyze regional sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. Provide feedback on product and service offerings based on customer and market insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure alignment with regional goals. Regularly report on sales performance, market conditions, and regional initiatives to senior management.
- Oversee and manage the regional sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining high sales standards.
