Job Description
- Preparation and consolidation of periodic institutional and management reports, including review, analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
- Preparation, monitoring, review and reconciliation of Fixed Assets Register and other Assets Management records.
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts
- Assisting in physical stock verification
- Assist in allocation of budget
- Assist outreach locations with Audit requirements
- Assist in preparing Inter-Office Accounts
- Liaise and assist with Internal and External Audits
- Has to coordinate with other units for inflow of information to finance and coordinate with all locations across Asia and Africa to gather information related to finance.
- Liaise with outreach locations
- Liaise with PSDS (Procurement Team ) for Assets Management-related activities
- Oversee and provide accurate and timely Reports/data to the Senior Manager - Finance for decision-making purposes
- A master s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, CA Inter
- A Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in preparation, analysis and reconciliation of financial statements, MIS, financial forecasts and Assets Management and expertise in handling accounting functions.
- Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce accurate work.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder orientation, problem-solving and analytical skills utilized in effectively collaborating with team members at all levels throughout the organization
- High-level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English
