* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
* Follow up with previous users to encourage them to return to the platform.
* Identify client needs and provide solutions, answering questions, and resolving concerns effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the report.
* Meet monthly targets.
* Collaborate with teams to discuss and achieve goals.
Preferred candidate profile
* Previous experience in telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
* Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Friendly, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
* Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Comfortable working with targets and in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
