What does the role involveYou will lead and coach a team of engineers focused on maximizing market reach and productivity. The role involves overseeing specifiable sales and business development across key accounts and projects, particularly in facade engineering and joint focus customers. You ll build relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers to drive the adoption of Hilti s solutions and technical specifications.
