Quantity Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement cost control measures.
  
• Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates, and tenders for construction projects.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and budget requirements.
  
• Analyze financial data to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (civil engineering).
  
• Diploma /Degree in Civil or BE Civil degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong skills in billing, budgeting, cost estimation, costing, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
