Job Description
Amazon Ads Specialist
Yrs of Experience: 3-5
Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Rd
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Work From Office (WFO), Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Package: As per industry standards
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Amazon USA Marketplace Management:
- Manage advertising campaigns across Amazon USA marketplaces.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals and KPIs.
Ad Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement ad strategies tailored to different SKUs and products.
- Create plans for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.
Handling High SKU Volume:
- Manage advertising for a large number of SKUs and product variations.
- Prioritize and optimize high-performing products to maximize returns.
Budget Management:
- Work within a budget of less than 10 lakhs/month, ensuring efficient ad spend allocation.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly ad spend and performance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales.
- Coordinate with multiple clients to understand their specific needs and objectives.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with multiple clients to provide updates and discuss strategies.
- Address queries and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Ads or similar digital advertising roles.
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for campaign optimization.
Knowledge and Tools:
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads tools and platforms.
- Experience working with high volumes of data and managing a large number of SKUs.
Attributes:
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across various projects and clients.
