Job Description
Role Overview:
The SEO Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive website traffic, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to optimize performance and ROI. The role requires a mix of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO aspects.
- Monitor and improve website performance using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console).
- Develop and execute link-building strategies (internal external).
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and trends.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Analyze website traffic trends and provide insights for content optimization.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO campaign performance.
- Track conversion rates and suggest improvements for landing pages and user experience.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to implement SEO strategies.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience optimizing SEO for Google and Bing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Search Console).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
