Executive - Production

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DCS / PLC knowledge is essential.
• Ensure that all the processes and operations are carried out as per the standard work instructions, procedures and specifications.
• Organize and schedule the shop floor activities with respect to the production plan and delivery schedule.
• Debottleneck the problems encountered in operations.
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of QMS, EMS, OHSAS and inventory management system
• Manage logistics, shipping, receiving, delivery and distribution including process improvement and problem resolution.
• Co-ordination with the supporting documents like safety, QA/QC, ETP, Engineering, Stores etc. for smooth operations of the plant.
• Prepare the standing operating procedures and work instructions of the department.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to the product, process, quality system, environment management system, OHSAS and RC.
• Training the subordinates as per the identified training needs.
• Looking after complete operation & maintenance of equipment s in production department.
• Raw material consumption coefficient and yield calculation.
