Job Summary:Production Executive managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring seamless inventory flow, meeting dispatch timelines, and optimizing logistics
Key responsibilities include stock audits, logistic planning, and coordinating with the production team

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inward/outward flow of all Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) products through ERP, Google sheets, and registers.
Categorize products into raw materials and finished goods for streamlined inventory management
system records daily.
Conduct routine stock audits on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring physical counts match
Process orders for distribution and meet the Turnaround Time (TAT) for dispatch.
Conduct daily reviews of shop floor management.
Handle billing for dead inventory through ERP and communicate to upper management.
Oversee logistic planning for local transport and shipments.
Coordinate with the production team for the transition of Finished Goods (FG) into raw materials

Manage shipping, handling, and storage requirements to ensure high-quality items are received and issued to the appropriate department.
Receive and issue materials appropriately, making Goods Receipt (GR) for received materials.
Conduct stock taking and stock verification of inventory regularly.
Manage back-office operations and work in ERP and other modules.
Control records effectively and maintain knowledge of the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
Ensure proper maintenance of 5S and 3R in the warehouse
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures.
