Assistant Manager - Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Comply with HSE policies, objectives, and management systems.
• Analyze and communicate project status, risks, schedule, and costs to all internal and external stakeholders
• Expedite and communicate with the vendor for delivery and supply to the site
• Expedite inspection with Consultants, Third Party Inspection Agencies and Client and co-coordination documentation required for completion of inspection.
• Formulate project execution procedure in collaboration with Project manager.
• Preparation and Review of Techno-commercial bid analysis for Mechanical packages
• Ensure sign-off on all major project deliverables by stakeholders.
• Prepare and update Weekly/Monthly Project Progress reports to the Project Head
• To raise estimate/budget/Investment Proposal.
• Verify the measurement/contractors running bill.
• Keep all records of drawing/documents.
• Review of structural & piping fabrication drawing.
• Ensure all site fabrication & erection activities running as per standard quality procedure, good engineering practices, safely executed and adherence to timeline and budget.
• Project execution experience in EPC or Chemical/Pharma manufacturing organization
• Should be well versed with Industrial construction, Estimation, Planning, Billing, Costing and execution of Piping, Structural Steel Fabrication, Equipment Erection, Insulation and Painting
• Ability to interpret contractual documents, plans, specifications, schematic diagrams, and isometric drawings
• Understanding of industrial codes from Mechanical prospect.
• Piping design course would be an added advantage
