Site Execution

• Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, work quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams, resolving on-site engineering issues as they arise.
• Maintain detailed records of construction activities, including daily reports, site diaries, and progress documentation.
• Monitor the delivery and efficient usage of materials on-site to avoid wastage and delays

Billing & Cost Management

• Check and certify contractors' running account invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Identify and report any variances or issues to project managers.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and change orders.
• Review contracts to understand financial implications and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes with clients and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure billing reflects the actual work completed.
