Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• New Customer Development
• Key Account Management with existing customers for development, quotation, Price Negotiation and Finalization ( Pre-Sales)
• After sales support & troubleshooting
• New Product promotion for various customers' Development
• New advance and efficient Model Promotion & Approval
• Competition Benchmarking and MIS
• Resourceful at maintaining business relationship with all levels in customers organization to achieve business objective and resolving their services related critical issues.
• Conceptualizing & implementing the sales plans and ensuring accomplishment of the business goals
• Defining customer requirements, monitoring post service activities like quality complaints, warranty issues, customer feedback, outstanding payments etc.

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience in Techno-commercial handling product as a sales & marketing representative of HVAC companies in OEM sales. Person from Motors/compressors /coils will be preferred
• Experience in technical and commercial dealing with Customers, Sales & Marketing & Warehouse Management
• Education Qualification: B.E Mechanical, Post graduate in Marketing Management (preferred and not mandatory)
