Skills and Experience Required:

Required:

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing C#, VB.NET and ASP applications.
Strong proficiency in C#, VB.NET and ASP programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data mapping.
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server preferred) and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
Knowledge of health care industry
Able to perform gap analysis of code
Able to perform reverse engineering of code

Desired:

Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) for project management and software development.
