Job Title : Java Developer with Kubernetes and Docker Expertise

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and deploying Java-based applications and services, with hands-on experience in containerization technologies, particularly Docker, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.

- Utilize Kubernetes and Docker to containerize applications and manage their deployment, scaling, and operation in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate and streamline the application deployment lifecycle.

- Write and maintain microservices in Java using industry best practices.

- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to facilitate rapid delivery of applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and operational issues in both Java applications and Kubernetes/Docker environments.

- Participate in code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation, and architecture discussions.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability across the application stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Java development (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)

- Solid hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.

- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging queues.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on collaboration.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible)
