Job Title: Sr.Sales Manager ( BDM).
Experience: 7+ years.
Location: Ahmedabad.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Finding and closing new sales leads.
- Handle and Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle Lead Generation, Prospecting, Negotiation, and Closing deals.
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients Attending Networking events.
- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines.
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partner networks across the ecosystem.
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other essential data.
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
- Coordinating with international teams for project planning and execution located in India.
- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals.
- Conduct Market Research,.
- Taking Ownership of the Accounts from pre-Sales to Post -Sales.
- Identify activities for upsell and cross sales.
- Manage escalations if any arises , Flexible to work on different time zone as per customer availabilities.
- Identify and close new sales leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, closing). Schedule business meetings and conduct one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.
