Associate Marketing Manager

Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM

Position Overview:
As a Junior Marketing Manager or Assistant to the Marketing Manager at HIC Global Solutions, you will play a vital role in coordinating internal and external tasks and contributing innovative ideas for campaigns and marketing strategies. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant contribution to our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing tasks and campaigns.
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Brainstorm and propose new ideas for campaigns, marketing strategies, and content initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met for all marketing projects.
Assist in managing ad campaigns on various platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
Support the Marketing Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
Creative thinking and a keen interest in exploring new marketing trends and ideas.
Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Tools (Words, Spreadsheet, Slides ) and familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role is preferred.
