Senior Salesforce Developer - Sales & Service Cloud (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to perform a thorough due diligence task on our current Salesforce environment and drive innovative solutions to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce environment analysis, customization, integration, and migration, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct a comprehensive due diligence task to analyze the current "as-is" state of Salesforce components and objects.

- Assess the effectiveness of the Salesforce environment in delivering key business functions.

- Perform high-level and detailed design analyses of Salesforce products and customizations.

- Document data flows, integrations, and migration processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Evaluate Salesforce deployment practices and create detailed reports on findings.

- Analyze day-to-day operations, user experience, and reporting practices.

- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications for Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds.

- Create custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations tailored to business needs.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and strategies.

- Perform unit testing and user acceptance testing to ensure all solutions are functional and meet high-

quality standards.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, processes, and solutions.

- Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications and ensure their optimal performance.

- Monitor system health and resolve technical issues promptly.

- Lead engagement teams to deliver projects and manage project timelines.

- Guide junior developers, provide mentorship, and set development goals.

- Ensure secure coding practices to safeguard sensitive data.

- Optimize code for scalability, maintainability, and high performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies.

- Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or ANT Migration Tool.

- Proficient in unit testing and user acceptance testing.

- Strong ability to create detailed technical and functional documentation.

- Experience managing projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Architect).

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
