Job Description:

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary who has successfully completed their Executive Program and mandatory 15 months of training. The candidate should have prior experience working in a listed company, with a strong understanding of secretarial and compliance functions.

1. Statutory Compliance
2. Board & General Meetings
3. Corporate Filings
4. Stock Exchange & SEBI Compliance
5. Audit Coordination
6. Drafting and Documentation
7. Liaison & Coordination
8. Other Secretarial Functions

Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience as a Semi-Qualified CS in a listed company is preferred.
