We are hiring a Tele-caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product/service information, and manage client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls, handle customer inquiries.
• Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client
• Generate new business for the organization.
• Respond to emails and maintain client records.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office and English communication.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
