Job Role:

The candidate must come from an education counseling background and will be responsible for managing the entire student admission process, including counseling, marketing, and achieving admissions targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proven experience in admission conversion, and the ability to manage marketing campaigns and data analysis effectively.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets for the center.
• Provide effective counselling to students and parents (in-person, telephonic, and video).
• Assist students in selecting suitable courses and colleges.
• Manage the complete admission process, including documentation and batch formation.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations in schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive admissions.
• Deliver career seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
• Maintain data and prepare MIS reports.
• Analyze competitors and evaluate team performance.
• Handle queries from students and parents with clarity and empathy.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations for collaborations.

• Proven experience in student counseling and achieving admission targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills for seminars and workshops.
• Ability to manage and convert leads effectively.
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns and data management.
