Job Title: Techno-Commercial Pre-Sales Manager
Industry: Low Voltage Systems/Telecommunication Projects.

About the Role
Hexxa Geo seeks an accomplished Techno-Commercial Pre-Sales Manager to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to support sales teams with tailored ELV system solutions, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, fiber optics, and networking. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating impactful proposals and guiding clients through the technical aspects of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for accurate proposal development.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hexxa Geo's products, services, and technologies.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and emphasize Hexxa Geo's value proposition.
  • Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and ELV regulatory changes.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical and commercial insights to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct product demos at customer sites and seek OEM support when needed.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings at customer premises as required.

Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in pre-sales, techno-commercial roles, or solution engineering, preferably in the ELV domain.
  • Proven expertise in handling ELV systems like CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and fiber optics.
  • Familiarity with Defence and government sector clients, tendering processes, and GeM is a plus.

Skill Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems, networking, and industry standards.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Commercial acumen to develop cost-effective and competitive proposals.
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed BOQs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other design/proposal software.
