About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Project Head to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale, high-impact projects. Reporting to the Vice President - Projects, this position is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead teams to ensure smooth execution of all project phases.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor teams, ensuring accountability and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure transparent communication regarding project status, changes, and risks.
• Implement quality assurance processes to meet industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct project reviews.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
• Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
