Role:
The role involves conducting fund transfer investigations, ensuring SOPs are updated, conducting knowledge sharing sessions, and managing the operations for international clients. The candidate should have prior experience in funds transfer and a good understanding of the capital market and its various products.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work on fund transfer investigations to various Clients
2. Ensure SOPs are updated whenever there is a change
3. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions with the team
4. Prior experience in funds transfer
5. Knowledge of Capital Market and various products like Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives
6. Relevant experience in Client Account process
7. Managing operations for international clients
8. Ability to handle and resolve client queries related to fund transfers
9. Must aware about the Impact of Fund Transfer and its impact on Reconciliation.
10. Must aware about SWIFT and its workflow e.g MT 103, 202, 999, 199 ETC.
11. Should know the Basic of Nostro, Vostro, Beneficiary Bank, Remitter Bank ETC.
12. Experience with SWIFT
13. Familiarity with international banking regulations

Criteria:
(Must have)

1. 1-5 years of experience in fund transfer investigation
2. Experience with SWIFT

3. Knowledge of Capital Market products
4. Experience managing operations for international clients

5. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Client Account process
6. Prior experience conducting knowledge sharing sessions

Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts (Including night shift)
