Hexaware Technologies - Practice Lead - Generative AI (15-20 yrs)

Experience : 15 Years to 20 Years

Location : Chennai - Siruseri / Bengaluru

Role Description :

1. Person will be responsible for leading and managing AI projects, overseeing the development and implementation of AI strategies, and driving innovation in AI technologies.

2. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities for AI and ensure successful project execution.

3. He will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and provide thought leadership in the field.

4. Should hold strong experience in applying regular data science/AI/ML to solving real world business problems with evolving technologies.

5. Should have strong experience in GTM.

Qualifications:

1. Must have spent 15+ years in the Data Science, AI, and Analytics industry solving business problems for customers or for organizations.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with consultative approach to client engagements

3. Must have experience leading teams of Data Scientists, data analysts, NLP engineers etc.

4. Knowledge and experience working in any of the cloud tech-stack, and Data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, Data mining, Data Science, and Analytics skills.

5. Experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep learning etc. techniques.

6. Should hold strong experience in applying regular data science/AI/ML to solving real world business problems with evolving technologies.

7. Knowledge/ experience of Gen AI applications

8. Leadership and project management skills

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

10. Experience in the Analytics/ Data Science/ IT services industry is a plus

11. Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
