Job Description :

• 8+ years Microsoft D365 Customer Service development experience to include integrations and data migration techniques.
• Strong Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate
• Good Experience in writing MS Dynamics plugins, Custom workflows, custom Web Applications, SSRS, SSIS, CRM integrations, outlook integration, Dynamics Portals
• Knowledge of latest MS .Net Framework 4 using C#, .Net Core and Asp.net Core, knowledge of design patterns.
• Web Technologies HTML5, CSS3, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, Angular, Web API, Restful services.
• Experience with Azure platform development, PowerApps, PowerBI, Azure flow, logic apps, Azure functions is advantageous.
• Knowledge of power Platform security basics, experience in set up monitoring, Power platform Tuning and optimization, Compliance and Licensing
• Experience of Dynamics 365 integration with Genesys and/or SAP will be advantage.
