Executive - Insurance

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products and services and be capable of effectively promoting and selling them to prospective clients. This role involves client relationship management, policy administration, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cashless, Reimbursement claims process knowledge.
• Follow up & coordinate with TPA for cashless cases payment with TPA and insurance company for any issue related to claims.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders related to pre -auth documents.
• TPA Billing Quality Checking and tracking.
• Coordination with Doctors related to Surgery.
• Resolving the internal Query related to insurance.
• Filling Pre auth form correctly.
• Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines of all health

insurance policies.

• Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols.
• Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time of processing cases.
