Job Summary:


7Heights is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive field sales initiatives. This role involves building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Business Development and Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing space. Develop sales plans and strategies to capitalize market potential.
  • Field Sales Execution: Actively engage in field sales activities, including client meetings and presentations. Ensure consistent follow-ups to close deals and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales metrics, team performance, and market insights. Ensure timely submission of sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in business development, preferably in a digital marketing company.
  • Language Proficiency: Preferred Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
  • License and Transportation: 1.Valid driving license. 2.Own a two-wheeler (bike).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
