Job Description

Job Summary:


7Heights is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to handle sales calling and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing company, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls to pitch digital marketing services.
  • Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to tailor services.
  • Provide insights on market trends to align sales strategies effectively.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate client feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, targets, and client feedback to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales or relationship management, preferably in a digital marketing company.
  • Language Proficiency: Preferred Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English
  • Skills: 1. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills. 2. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. 3. Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is required.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
