Role & responsibilities

Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure optimal performance and growth.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience for more than 6 years in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and ROI.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
