We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent creative skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*Key Responsibilities:
1. *Develop and execute digital marketing strategies* aligned with business objectives, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
2. *Create engaging content* (copy, images, videos) for digital channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. *Manage and optimize website* content, ensuring accuracy, and up-to-dateness.
4. *Lead social media marketing efforts*, including content creation, campaign execution, and community management.
5. *Collaborate with internal stakeholders* (e.g., product management, sales) to ensure alignment and effective communication.
6. *Analyze and report on digital marketing performance*, using metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
7. *Stay up-to-date with industry trends* and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve digital marketing initiatives.
8. *Ensure compliance* with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company policies.
9. *Manage digital marketing budget* and resources effectively.
10. *Contribute to the development of marketing materials*, such as brochures, presentations, and sales aids.
*Requirements:
1. *Bachelor's degree* in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. *Minimum 3-5 years* of digital marketing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. *Proven track record* of successful digital marketing campaigns.
4. *Strong understanding* of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing, and content marketing.
5. *Excellent creative skills*, including writing, design, and video production.
6. *Analytical and problem-solving skills*, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
7. *Strong communication and collaboration skills*, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
8. *Familiarity with regulatory requirements* and industry guidelines (e.g., FDA, ICH, GCP).
9. *Proficiency in digital marketing tools*, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
