Job Title: Sr Manager/AGM - Global Events and Corporate Brand Strategy

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to strategically position Hetero and its group companies on the global stage through impactful events and cohesive corporate branding. This role focuses on high-level engagement with key stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Event Management:
1. Lead the planning and execution of major global trade shows, ensuring visibility and engagement.
2. Manage stakeholder interactions, converting interest into actionable leads.
3. Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective event solutions and track event ROI.
• Budget Oversight:
1. Manage the budgeting process for global events, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing ROI.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently.
• Corporate Brand Strategy:
1. Develop a unified brand strategy, ensuring consistency across regions while adapting to local relevance.
2. Collaborate with regional teams to align local campaigns with global standards.
• Strategic Communication & Media Relations:
1. Develop and implement media relations strategies, positioning Hetero as a thought leader in the pharmaceutical sector.
2. Establish crisis communication plans and lead thought leadership initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
1. Foster collaboration across departments (marketing, sales, procurement) and geographies, managing indirect reports and external stakeholders effectively.
• Vendor Management & Negotiations:
1. Vendor Partnerships, Build and manage relationships with key external partners and vendors, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring high-quality deliverables for both events and branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in corporate brand strategy and event management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong strategic mindset with proven success in global-scale events and managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

Masters degree in communications, Marketing, or related field; MBA and advanced event management certifications are a plus.
