Position: Training Manager (Sales)
Job Type: Full Time (Work From Office).
Location: Delhi (Sultanpur).
Department : Training.
- As a Manager Training Sales, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the sales skills and performance of our sales team.
- Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver training programs that empower our sales professionals with the knowledge and skills required for consultative selling.
- We are seeking an experienced sales trainer with a strong background in consultative sales to help our team reach new heights.
Responsibilities:
Training Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, modules, and resources focused on consultative selling techniques.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new and existing sales team members to improve their consultative selling skills.
Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine our sales processes, incorporating consultative selling methods to drive improved results.
Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to sales team members to address their specific needs and challenges.
Sales Evaluation: Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of sales training programs and the performance improvements of the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Ensure that the sales team has in-depth product knowledge, enabling them to effectively position and sell our offerings.
Stay Current: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and tools to keep the training content and methods relevant.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative selling techniques.
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales, with experience in B2C sales being a plus.
- Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and training software/tools.
Skills:
- Expertise in consultative selling strategies, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective leadership and coaching abilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
