Role & responsibilities:
1. Competition & Market Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Analyze market demand and positioning to drive differentiation strategies.
Provide insights to leadership on pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
2. Communication Strategy & Brand Collaterals
Develop and execute a compelling brand communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, including brochures, brand films, EDMs, standees, social media content, and digital creatives.
Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
3. GTM (Go-To-Market) & Launch Execution
Plan and execute GTM strategies for new project launches.
Develop launch campaigns with a mix of digital, print, OOH, and experiential marketing.
Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are aligned with the brands positioning.
4. Events Planning & Execution
Conceptualize and execute B2B and B2C events, including project launches, investor meets, and experiential marketing activations.
Manage vendor relationships, event logistics, and on-ground execution.
Ensure high-impact event experiences that enhance brand perception.
5. CP (Channel Partner) Marketing
Develop and execute engagement programs for channel partners to enhance brand advocacy.
Plan CP loyalty initiatives, incentive campaigns, and exclusive events.
Create customized marketing kits and presentations for CP networks.
6. Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Sales, Project Planning, and Legal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand project USPs and create effective sales enablement tools.
Liaise with legal for compliance on marketing communications.
Preferred candidate profile:
Strong understanding of real estate/hospitality marketing and consumer behavior.
Expertise in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience in developing ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills for market research and performance tracking.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage agency/vendor relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
