Role & responsibilities

• Work on providing Insurance Quotes to Customers
• Travel, Health, Home, Motor
• Policy Prints and related services.
• Customer grievance handling and solutioning
• Endorsements & Cancellations
• Engage with customers for Medicals
• Recon and Operations Management
• Stake Holder management

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferably 3-5 Years of work ex of in a Corporate Agent/Insurance setup
• Excellent networking skills
• Should be a strong people manager with exceptional drive and energy levels.
• Should have strong insurance understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional Stakeholder management
• Should have fair understanding of Processes, products and Compliances
• Should have flair for working in dynamic environment and multitask.
• Should be well versed with XL and similar tools
