Position Overview
The position will be a part of Strategy & Digital vertical and will play a pivotal role in driving the Digital Partnerships for the organization. The person will be responsible to drive the strategic partnerships with Fintech companies, Digital platforms, and other relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Digital financial landscape in India and the ability to identify and leverage new collaboration opportunities with strategic partners for secured lending
Responsibilities
1. New Partnerships: Identify, assess, and establish strategic partnerships and evaluate the best model for integration with partners
2. Business Growth: Drive Digital P&L for the Organization with specific responsibility to achieve Business targets in terms of count/value of disbursements
3. Manage complete lead funnel from the Partnerships to HHFL lead management system and drive the lead qualification process through the Call Center
4. Contact Center: Define specific objectives for the call center, response times and conversion rates and set measurable KPIs to track performance
5. Market Research: Stay informed of the industry trends, particularly in mortgage lending, and latest advancements in technology to identify potential partnership opportunities
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics to assess impact and optimize future collaboration strategies
7. Contract Closures: Negotiate and close partnership agreements with due approvals and alignment with regulatory requirements
8. Innovation: Advocate for new ideas and initiatives that can enhance our digital strategy and customer experience through partnerships
9. Tech Initiatives: Collaborate with peer Digital team members and Technology teams in identifying opportunities for system enhancements and development specific to each Partnership and track for making them Live
10. Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner and interact with technical and non-technical customers and stakeholders viz. Legal, Policy, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Strategy, Sales, and Tech teams. Ensure proposed solutions are built in line with applicable regulatory guidelines
Qualifications -
MBA from Tier 1-2 B school and Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
- 6+ years of experience in Partnerships development, Business Development and Sales preferably in Financial Services or Fintechs
- Strong understanding of Digital finance, Payment systems, and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
