GH2 & Solar Asset monitoring, planning and execution of O&M activities

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and execute day to day operations to achieve the targeted goals.
• Plant monitoring through SCADA (Hydrogen and solar).
• Preventive maintenance scheduling to improve the plant performance.
• Ensure the operational performance of asset (PR, plant uptime and generation) as budgeted.
• Co-ordination with client and technology partners to resolve the plant issues.
• Performance monitoring of each asset to analyse site performance, identify deviation and manage corrective actions.
• Issue identification for low performance and corrective action to mitigation.
• Root cause analysis of failure.
• Spare inventory planning.
• Manpower handling and planning
• Documentation (MIS, subsidy docs, performance sheet and PPTs)
• Good knowledge of excel and MS office.
• Good communication skill (Telgu language is must)

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.

Experience

• 4-5 years experience in solar plant operation and maintenance, rooftop will be preferred.
