Job Description
- Group Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for the group, including subsidiaries and joint ventures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards (Ind AS , IFRS).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements.
- Intercompany Transactions: Identify and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting.
- Audit Coordination: Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and address any audit findings or recommendations.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and consolidation activities, and implement best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including finance teams across subsidiaries, to gather and validate financial data.
