AGM - SCM (O&M)

Role & responsibilities

• Development of the O&M vendor selection process, vendor directory and regularly update the same.
• Coordination with Engineering, Business Development and Project Implementation team for
• preparing specifications and ensuring on time delivery.
• Preparation of detailed RFQ for the O&M procurement and works contract.
• Negotiation of O&M purchase order and works contracts.
• Tracking of the orders to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Coordination with O&M suppliers for timely and cost effective procurement of material.
• Coordination with Finance & Quality team for processing of Invoice and payment to vendors.
