Achieve Business Targets financials for Loyalty Personal Loans and any other Product/ assigned responsibility that the company may enter into
Team Handling of Sales Executives and Channel Associates
Relationship Management with existing internal stakeholders, TW (Two-Wheeler) dealerships
End to end co-ordination with the Credit Teams, Operation Teams, Product Teams for sourcing of leads, improvement of existing processes, disbursements, customer approvals, clearing of discrepancies
Maintaining the Basic Standard Operating Processes (SOP), policies Hygiene laid down by the company
Controlling the FEMI (First Equated Monthly Instalment), SEMI (Second Equated Monthly Installment), TEMI (Third Equated Monthly Instalment) of each loan and hence controlling delinquency for the assigned location
Ensure to keep the Non-performing Loans and Post Disbursal Documents pendency percentage under control
Ensure TAT Accuracy for enhanced customer experience
Ensure that all the cases are First Time Right
Educate the customer specifically on not to bounce their EMIs
Manage all customer grievance / customer issues pertaining to the loan disbursal
